At Galerie Peter Kilchmann, I held a pivotal role overseeing the production of major exhibitions and driving key strategic initiatives. My responsibilities integrated deep curatorial insight with robust business strategy, directly contributing to the gallery's international growth, including its strategic expansion to the Paris market.

I managed the gallery's presence at premier international art fairs such as Art Basel, handling all aspects of project management, from budgeting and planning to onsite coordination. A significant achievement was leading the digital transformation of the gallery's operations. I directed the transition to a unified, all-in-one digital ecosystem, a strategic operations process improvementthat modernized the entire workflow. This initiative centralized inventory management, sales(CRM), the official website, and marketing activities, significantly enhancing both internal efficiency and external client engagement.

Through a focus on operational execution and business development, I strengthened the gallery's international visibility and built a more streamlined, resilient operational foundation.
