As the Director of Operations for Blue Velvet Gallery, I hold comprehensive responsibility for the gallery's entire operational ecosystem. My role encompasses the end-to-end project managementand seamless execution of all gallery activities, from the strategic planning of exhibitions to leading our presence at major international art fairs, including ARCO Madrid, The Armory Show New York, Artgenève, LISTE Basel, and NADA Miami.
A key aspect of my role involves strategic business development and outreach. I have proactively developed the gallery's network and elevated its visibility by forging and managing collaborations with leading art publications such as Flash Art and FRIEZE Magazine, significantly amplifying the reach and impact of our gallery program.
Integrating this with core operational duties—including sales strategy, meticulous budget management, and the hands-on leadership of operational execution for installations—I ensure the gallery's strategic goals are met with precision and efficiency.
